Carnival Glory Western Caribbean group cruise was a blast. I embarked on unforgettable journeys to breathtaking destinations such as the Caribbean islands and Cozumel in Mexico. Each port of call offered new adventures and beautiful landscapes to explore. In fact, it was one of my best cruises. The group consisted of family, friends, and acquaintances. I guess growing older has allowed me to get involved in ship activities. As a result, I genuinely enjoyed myself and the company of my relatives. My family feels differently about the ship but from my perspective this cruise was a blast. I am talking from a thirteen-year-old point of view. Carnival Glory is a fan-favorite for reasons. Let me reminisce about why this cruise ship stole my heart.
The Carnival Glory is an older ship in the Conquest class cruise ship. The signs of her age are visible externally. There are rusty spots noticeable on railings and wooden decks. The Carnival Glory is a small ship holding approximately 2,980 passengers and 1,150 crew. Although the ship was not a big cruise ship it was really a fun Western Caribbean group cruise. The ship size did not deter the daily and nightly entertainment.
Carnival Glory Social Atmosphere
The Carnival Glory’s friendly and festive vibe makes it easy to meet and mingle with other passengers. Whether you are traveling solo, with family, or as a couple, the ship offers endless opportunities to forge new friendships and create shared memories. Unfortunately, I did not see the captain at the captain’s dinner, but I assumed that he was there. The ship has a vibrant décor. The ship’s colorful and festive ambiance makes every moment onboard feel like a celebration.
Why I love the Carnival Glory
The Carnival Glory featured two pools and hot tubes. The glory did not lack any of the usual party fun and excitement found on all Carnival cruises. The Western Caribbean group cruise began with a go away party. The party took place on deck and passengers participated. I swung and danced on our departure night. In addition, to other occasions. Although it was always continuous fun, I did spend quality time with my family. The friendly staff made us feel at home. In addition, the food was great. I had no complaints about the meals. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. I enjoyed Guy’s Burger Joint. The mouth-watering, freshly made burgers were unbelievably delicious. For snacks, Blue Iguana Cantina was the spot to go. They served tacos and burritos packed with flavor to satisfy those Mexican food cravings.
I loved our room with the balcony. It provided us with a beautiful view. Furthermore, it allowed us to enjoy the calming sound of the ocean. There are fun activities on the Carnival Glory ship. To begin with, I played golf then Ping-Pong. There was a full track to run and a basketball and a volleyball court. I did not participate in those sports. Carnival Glory also has a gym with good state-of-the-art exercise equipment. There were funny competitions that made everyone laugh. The availability of Wi-Fi was the thing that made the ship special. The ship also had bars and clubs for adults.

Western Caribbean Group Cruise
Finally, there was another thing that made me love the Western Caribbean group cruise. The movie, Avengers Age of Ultron played on deck on a big jumbo screen. I love the movie as it is one of my favorites. The big screen and open theater were remarkable. I was impressed as the movie is not yet on DVD.
