My room was on the third floor of the six-floor Miami pre-cruise hotel. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel in general. The staff was very cordial and the check in and out went smoothly for a large group. All our keys were prepared in advance of the group arrival which made the check in process go very smoothly.
