I visited the area during the 2019 summer. My son resides in Austin Texas. He described the Barton Springs as a must-see vacation spots within the US. I anticipated the spring water would be refreshing. It was an extremely hot day in Austin. I decided to stay away from the water after a toe dip. The main problem was the water, it was awfully cold.  My son did bath. He could not resist miss the golden opportunity. He did complain about the severe coldness of the water. Although the temperature for the day was about 90 F, he was freezing in the water.

As I have said, it is a beautiful place to picnic or have a refreshing bath. Not with-standing the fact that the water is cold.  If the water is cold in summer, I can imagine how it would feel in the fall and winter.

 City of Austin

The city of Austin Texas is the 11^th largest city in the US.  The topography of the city can be considered hilly. It is a growing city and several large industries are relocating to the area. In addition, the traffic during the peak periods can be miserable. The distinction of your typical large city. In a similar way, people are flocking to the area seeking a piece of the pie.

Austin is well known for its historic 6^th Street. It is the older section of the city and the most iconic. Austin is referred to as the “Music Capital” because of activities on 6^th street.
